Promoter Kuldeep Singh Rathi will sell his 6.05% stake in the company through an offer for sale (OFS) on September 26-27. The sale includes a base issue size of 5.5% and a greenshoe option of 0.55%. The OFS will open for non-retail investors on September 26 and for retail investors on September 27. The floor price has been fixed at Rs 433 per share.

2. Five-Star Business Finance

A big block deal can happen in its shares today. Peak XV Partners and other private equity investors can sell up to 20% stake. The size of the block deal can be close to $500 million.

3. PB Fintech

The company is planning to enter the healthcare sector by opening its own hospitals, CNBC-TV18 reported citing sources. With these hospitals, the company aims to touch new levels of value creation within the healthcare ecosystem.

4. Adani Green Energy

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services acquires a 98.32% stake in Span Across IT Solutions. The board of Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services at its meeting held on Wednesday, September 25, has approved the acquisition of 10,66,314 equity shares, equivalent to 98.32% stake, for Rs 300.80 per share (including a premium of Rs 290.80 per share). Post this acquisition, Span Across will become a subsidiary of the company.

10. Coromandel International

The company has acquired an additional 8.82% stake in Senegal-based rock phosphate mining company Baobab Mining and Chemicals Corporation (BMCC), taking its total shareholding to 53.8%. It will invest $3.84 million (Rs 32 crore) in BMCC, besides extending a loan of $6.5 million (Rs 54 crore) to fund expansion projects and meet working capital requirements.
