How to make trikatu churna at home

To make trikatu churna, you have to mix pippali, black pepper, and dry ginger. Pipali is made by grinding cloves. Now dry these three things well in the sun. Then grind them all. After grinding, dry them again in the sun for a few days. Then keep it in a glass container. Take a pinch of this powder and boil it in a glass of water. Then drink it when it becomes lukewarm. It should be consumed only on the advice of a doctor.
