On Tuesday morning in Mumbai, actor Govinda sustained an injury from an accidental discharge of his licensed revolver as he was preparing to depart for the airport. He was promptly transported to the hospital, where medical professionals successfully removed the bullet from his leg. Thankfully, Govinda's condition is stable, and he is currently recuperating at home.
According to Govinda's manager, Shashi Sinha, the incident occurred as the actor was preparing to leave for an early morning flight to Kolkata for an event. While placing his licensed revolver in a cupboard, a bullet unintentionally discharged, striking his leg. The injured actor received immediate medical attention at Criticare Hospital nearby, and at present, no formal complaint has been filed. Authorities have initiated an investigation into the matter.
